These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website mindsave.pacsmed.com.br and the purchase of MindSave products, operated by PACSMED CORPORACAO LTDA ("PACSMED"), CNPJ 54.836.710/0001-85, Avenida Deputado Leão Sampaio, 1235 – Lagoa Seca – Juazeiro do Norte/CE, Brazil. By using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Products
MindSave products are vitamin supplements intended for general wellness. They are not medicines. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices, promotions and shipping conditions are those displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, with a full refund where applicable.
3. Shipping and returns
Delivery times are estimates provided at checkout. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at comercial@pacsmed.com.br within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
4. SMS Marketing Program
4.1. By submitting your mobile number and checking the unchecked-by-default consent box on our website or at checkout, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from MindSave (PACSMED), such as offers, discounts, restock notices and product updates.
4.2. Message frequency varies, up to approximately 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
4.3. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or e-mail comercial@pacsmed.com.br. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.4. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
