This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. It applies to visitors of this website and customers of MindSave products.

  • Data you provide: name, e-mail, mobile phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and messages sent to our support channels;

  • To process and deliver orders and provide customer support (performance of a contract);
  • To send SMS marketing messages to customers who have expressly opted in (consent);

3. SMS Marketing Communications

By submitting your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website or at checkout, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from MindSave (PACSMED), such as special offers, discounts, restock notices and product updates.

  • Cost: message and data rates may apply;
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent;

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. No phone numbers are purchased, rented or imported from third-party lists.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, shipping carriers, e-mail and SMS delivery providers), strictly for the contracted purpose and under confidentiality obligations; with public authorities when legally required; or with your consent. Sharing with SMS delivery providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages and never for third-party marketing.

5. Data retention

Order and account data are kept while your relationship with us is active and for up to 5 years afterwards for legal defense purposes; access logs for at least 6 months; SMS consent records for as long as consent is active plus the period needed to prove it was obtained. After that, data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally required.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, activity logging and backups. If a security incident creates relevant risk, we will notify the competent authorities and affected individuals as required by applicable law.
